Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline 5 years of relevant Experience 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education Experience monitoring and analyzing application performance, desktop performance, and availability monitoring/reporting using available tools such as, but not limited to Dynatrace, SolarWinds and ServiceNow. Ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SMEs) for application performance monitoring tools (as mentioned above) for new and onboarded applications, services, and provide onboard presentations during routine health checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
