Route Assistant

Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to stay active on the job? We’re looking for a Route Assistant to help keep our deliveries running smoothly and efficiently every day!Important: This is a dynamic role—you will not be assigned to a fixed route. Routes may change daily based on business needs and delivery volume, so flexibility is key!What You’ll Do:Assist the driver with daily route navigationHelp deliver, stock, and rotate products at customer locationsWork on different routes each day to support team needsSafely lift and move products (35–50 lbs regularly, up to 150 lbs occasionally)Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organizedAct as a safety spotter when the driver is backing up the vehicleFollow all safety guidelines and company policiesPitch in with other duties as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Team player with a strong work ethicComfortable with physically demanding workFlexible and adaptable to changing daily routesSafety-focused and dependableMust be 18 years or older.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
