This position oversees all aspects of project planning, execution, delivery, and installation of residential lighting, shading, and controls projects. Benefits Work‑Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Training & Development: Structured training program with opportunities for career advancement Paid Time Off: Generous vacation accrual and paid time off policies Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year plus 2 floating holidays Compensation: Competitive base salary plus annual discretionary bonus Health Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental coverage from the first of the month after your start date Insurance: Company‑provided life insurance and short‑term disability coverage Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching up to 4% from the first of the month following hiring Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project management team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize delivery and drive continuous improvement Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all residential lighting, shading, and controls projects within scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, installation, business development) to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including customers, executive leadership, and sales team members, providing regular status updates and addressing issues Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying obstacles and developing mitigation strategies Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing Mentor and coach project managers and team members to support professional development goals Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing improvement areas Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve project management methodologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field PMP certification preferred 8–10 years of project management experience, at least 5 in a leadership role Experience leading cross‑functional coordination with construction counterparts to align schedules and maintain quality Proven track record of managing complex luxury residential projects from initiation to completion on time and within budget Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Experience in the lighting industry or related field is a plus Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, Asana) Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Travel: 50% or more expected Equal Opportunity Employer Qualified applicants are considered for employment, and employees are treated during employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity or expression, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.
