Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the office and plays an important role in supporting daily business operations. This individual will manage front desk activities, coordinate communications, and assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office environment.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

Qualifications
