- Prepare and cook a variety of Afghan, Pakistani, and Indian foods
- Cook menu items including kabobs, lamb shank, burgers, biryani, rice dishes, and other traditional foods
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients and ensure proper food storage
- Follow kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage cooking stations and kitchen equipment
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
