We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive seamless application integrations and operational excellence across newly acquired organizations.

Role & Duties

• Responsible for detailed Project Planning, execution and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standards
• Proactively manage Project RAID Items and compliance with the project management processes
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met; building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Leading & coordinating project teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time
• Facilitate Scrum framework and ensure the team stays focused and on track, helping them identify any impediments and discuss progress
• Identify and access potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategy
• Coach the team members in adopting Agile practices and mentor the team members to adopt a truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment
• Create a collaborative environment which allows the team & stakeholders to interact closely
• Collaborate with project and program leads to create overarching delivery timelines
• Drive activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resource, scope, budget, risk, issue, and dependencies; escalating issues to stakeholders and challenging scope changes

• Project management skills: create and execute project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, maintain compliance with project management processes, an eye for detail, independently maintain project documentation, drive follow-up on open actions etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills: Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation.
• Ability to drive productive conversations and team meetings.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to form valuable partnership and working relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong Team Player with people skills to foster teamwork and a positive environment to the project team
• Experience managing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and awareness of Core Business processes
• Proficient in basic Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Atlassian application (Jira and Confluence)

Required Experience

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, or related field from an accredited University Minimum 6-8 years experience leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams Certified Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework Proven experience in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
