Senior Litigation Associate / Partner – Toxic Tort & Asbestos Defense A sophisticated litigation practice is seeking experienced California attorneys to join its Toxic Tort and Asbestos Defense team. This opportunity is open to both Associate and Partner-level attorneys with meaningful asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience who can contribute with minimal training. Key Responsibilities Manage toxic tort and asbestos litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and case evaluations Take and defend fact and expert depositions Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial Work directly with clients, experts, and litigation teams Qualifications Active California State Bar membership Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience Asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience required for serious consideration Strong deposition and legal writing skills Ability to independently manage litigation matters Location California-based candidates preferred Hybrid, remote, and in-office arrangements available Compensation Partner: Approximately $190,000–$250,000+ Discretionary bonus opportunity $190,000–$250,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Recruiting
