What You'll Do As a Propane Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe, comfortable, and connected by installing, maintaining, and repairing propane systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair propane systems, tanks, lines, and appliances Perform leak checks and ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot propane system issues and provide effective solutions Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor settings, crawlspaces, and confined spaces Support branch operations through deliveries, yard work, and other duties as needed Maintain a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 60+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review Preferred Qualifications: CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain Experience with propane systems, gas systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical repair, or related technical work Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Self‑motivated with a commitment to safety and reliability Why Join Progas?
