SHIFT LEAD

As a Shift Lead , you’ll help ensure your team of co‑workers is maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards. Hourly Pay $17.50–$19.00/hr. Shift(s) Tuesday—Friday 3:00 pm–1:00 am Location Arcadia, FL 34269 What You’ll Do Work with the On‑Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best serve the local customer(s) Assist with recruiting and developing employees Ensure company policies regarding safety and HR are followed Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance Assist with forklift driver duties as needed Track movements in a timely, legible manner on the proper forms Assist in managing employee relations issues locally, in conjunction with the OSM Load and unload materials from trailers and move them to the appropriate staging area within the facility Check to make sure loads are secure Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all industrial power equipment are being performed Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Perform basic financial data entry Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner Maintain a clean and safe working environment What You’ll Need 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Forklift certification What We Offer Competitive pay, holiday pay, and daily pay – access to earned wages before payday Referral bonuses Long‑term career advancement Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and short‑term & long‑term disability insurance for eligible full‑time employees 401(k) retirement plan Great team environment What It’s Like Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America.
