Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in performing body repairs, including sanding, painting, and panel replacement.
• Learn to use various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare work areas and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inspecting repaired vehicles for quality and completeness.
• Receive and apply on-the-job training to develop technical skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in automotive repair and body work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
