Site Lead

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Field and at least 10 years of relevant experience OR preferred Master's degree in Engineering or Technical Field and at least 8 years of relevant experience Relevant experience includes Broad functional experience in Production, Technology, HSE 5+ years managing teams with demonstrated experience in multi-level leadership, including direct management of supervisory personnel who have their own direct reports. Preferred Qualifications In-depth experience in the plastics or polymer manufacturing industry Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Product and Process Development, Safety, Controlling , and Administration Experience in a business leadership role of large diverse groups Experience interacting with state and governmental authorities Experience leading and developing personnel Experience working in a global organization Knowledge & Skills: Strong leadership: Target oriented, performance driven, open listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr PRI Global
