Entry Level Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source strong candidates using a variety of recruiting tools, databases, and networking methods.
- Partner with Managers & team members to understand hiring priorities, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Build long-term relationships with professionals and industry contacts to generate referrals and insights.
- Maintain high standards of communication and follow-through to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or another fast-paced, people-oriented role.
- Background/history with mechanical aptitude strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to collaborate with a team while managing personal performance goals.
- Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with technical roles or willingness to learn Skilled Trades/Engineering skill sets.
Compensation:
$35,000-$80,000 per year
