Position Summary

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will help oversee daily store operations while providing leadership and support to team members during your shift. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient operation. Essential Job Functions

1. Provide Leadership and Team Support Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.

2. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

3. Support Daily Store Operations Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

4. Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.

5. Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.

6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required. Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality.
