Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and be able to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: 1-2 years of hospital experience.
• Preferred Experience: Acute rehabilitation experience.
• Education: Relevant degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred (details may vary).

Patient Population

This position will focus on a diverse adult patient population with common diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, and debility conditions.

Work Environment

The position requires day shift availability with a preferred rotation for weekend hours. Candidates should be prepared to float to medical/surgical units if necessary during low census periods.

Dress Code

Scrubs are required, and candidates are expected to avoid graphic t-shirts and other unacceptable attire.
