Lead Supervisor Secondary Sort Area

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Supervisor to oversee operations in the Secondary Sort Area of our main facility. This role supports overall warehouse leadership and is responsible for managing a team of 3540 temporary staff members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Supervise and coordinate daily work in the secondary sort area.

Provide direct oversight and accountability for 3540 temporary staff members.

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure sorting processes are understood and followed.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Report to the Warehouse Floor Manager and escalate issues when necessary.

Track progress, ensure quality, and help drive throughput in a time-sensitive setting.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or operations setting preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates and feedback to Warehouse Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their area. The ideal candidate is not afraid to step in, get involved, and help drive their team to meet daily goals. Youll be a key piece in keeping our operation running smoothly especially in one of our most active and important zones.
