Welder 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder 1st Shift to join their team. As a Welder 1st Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder 1st Shift

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6am - 4pm (MON-THUR / overtime possible on Fridays)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding operations on a variety of parts according to print specifications
• Set up welding fixtures to accommodate different part applications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and specifications
• Assist in training new team members as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform welding with extensive knowledge of aluminum welding (Tig and Mig) from .063 to 3/8 thickness
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and handling physical demands
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
