Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create tailored physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current CPR/BLS certification if required
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Patient education and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
