Senior Project Manager Specializing In Sap
Our client at Randstad is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in SAP to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects in alignment with Amtrak’s project management methodology. This role involves leading, coordinating, and actively participating in all project phases, including Planning, Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, and Deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly project cadence calls, monthly executive steering committee meetings, and other project-specific gatherings.
- Prepare financial reports, project status updates, and metrics generation to ensure project transparency and accountability.
- Lead Q-gate activities and PLMP processes, supporting the service owner and senior program manager in day-to-day project execution.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including service owners and business stakeholders.
- Preference will be given to candidates with project management experience in procure-to-pay business process areas and familiarity with SAP ecosystems such as S4, SAP ECC, AOD, IBP, and BTP.
- PMP Certification is required, and PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
