About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per week
