Our outpatient counseling center provides clients with access to a range of services delivered through teletherapy, thereby ensuring the best possible care under the most convenient circumstances.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s needs and develop tailored treatment plans. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, adapting methodologies to ensure the best fit for each client. \n
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others. \n
- Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care model for clients. \n
- Maintain precise clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively. \n
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care by participating in ongoing professional development and workshops. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to families navigating complex dynamics. Your role is crucial in providing support to those facing challenges in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona. \n
- A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting. \n
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practice. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds. \n

This role offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
