Speech Language Pathologist

What Youll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and create clear reports for students with diverse communication needs. Design and implement tailored IEPs to address individual student goals. Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services for students at one to two school sites, with paid time for meetings and documentation. Maintain thorough caseload notes, monitor progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary/IEP meetings. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes in a positive school environment. Provide supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as necessary. What Were Looking For Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Current or pending Colorado SLP license (plus CDE credential if required). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence strongly preferred; motivated Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will receive district-provided supervision. Strong pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy experience is valued. Ability to clear background and fingerprinting checks per school requirements.
