MS preferred.IdealEDA domain knowledge including familiarity with software tool development, support and deploymentExperience using Jira for issue tracking and managementExperience in process development and deployment for Software and Hardware products.Experience in software quality monitoring and improvement.Main Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and track the delivery of product releases through various stages.Facilitate the definition of release scope, goals and deliverablesWork across several functional groups: R&D developers, Product Validation, Configuration Management, Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, field AEs, and Tech Pubs to achieve target milestones in very fast moving, agile, environment.Constantly monitor and report on progress of product releases to all stakeholdersDevelop and streamline processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and ability to meet targets. Identify and remove bottlenecks. Forward thinking.Lead continuous operational improvement and operational excellence.Monitor product quality metrics and track key quality indicators.Education And ExperienceBE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics or equivalentKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsDirect work experience in project management capacityProven experience in people managementProven experience in strategic planning, risk/change managementProficient in project management softwareKey CompetenciesCritical thinking and problem solving skillsPlanning and organizingDecision-makingCommunication SkillsInfluencing and LeadingTeam WorkConflict ManagementAdaptabilityFunction in a very fast moving environment.The annual salary range for California is $119,000 to $221,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
