Position Summary :  

Responsible for optimizing revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision support across the organization. This role serves as the primary bridge between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Loan Production, Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, Product, and Operations to ensure revenue-generating activities are measurable, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. This position drives visibility into the complete revenue lifecycle, from lead generation and mortgage origination through funding, servicing, and recurring revenue streams. The role is accountable for revenue analytics, forecasting, KPI management, incentive plan administration, process governance, and technology enablement to support profitable growth. Combines strong financial acumen, operational leadership, mortgage industry expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities :

• Partners with the senior leaders in Revenue Ops and direct sales leadership teams to develop and execute revenue operations strategies, establish performance objectives, and support the achievement of direct lending growth goals.
• Leads revenue forecasting and planning processes, including mortgage volume projections, funded loan forecasts, gain-on-sale revenue, servicing revenue, and other revenue streams.
• Establishes and monitors revenue performance metrics, KPI frameworks, and management reporting processes, identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partners with business leaders to improve conversion rates, pull-through performance, productivity, cycle times, customer acquisition costs, channel profitability, and overall revenue-generating efficiency.
• Develops financial models, scenario analyses, predictive analytics, and profitability assessments to support strategic planning, pricing decisions, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Capital Markets, and Finance leadership to align revenue strategies, optimize business performance, and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Performs other duties and projects assigned. 

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and a minimum of ten (10) + years’ progressive experience in Mortgage Sales Leadership, Mortgage Finance, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage banking, fintech, financial services, lending operations, revenue forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, business intelligence, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role.  For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $132,000 - $182,500 nationally. In certain high-cost geographic markets (CA), the anticipated annual base salary range is $152,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure.
