Part-Time and Supplemental Clinical Opportunities

Position Overview

Global Counseling & Testing, PLLC is seeking qualified, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and LPC Associates (LPC-As) interested in providing specialized behavioral health services to justice-involved clients.

Selected clinicians will provide individual and group counseling services to clients who have been convicted of sexual offenses . Candidates must be willing to pursue the additional professional credentialing necessary to become a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) , as applicable to the position.

This opportunity may be particularly well suited for retired clinicians who would like to continue practicing on a limited schedule , as well as currently practicing mental health professionals seeking part-time or supplemental weekend income .

Primary Responsibilities

The clinician's responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional individual and group counseling to assigned clients.
• Facilitate structured therapeutic groups in a professional, respectful, and clinically appropriate manner.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries when working with justice-involved clients.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards of practice.
• Communicate effectively with members of the treatment team and other appropriate stakeholders.
• Participate in required meetings, consultations, training, and professional development activities.
• Work toward and maintain any additional licensure or credentials required for the position.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC Associate (LPC-A) credential.
• Be willing to apply for the additional professional credential required to provide specialized treatment services.
• Be comfortable providing both individual and group counseling .
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, sound clinical judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Be willing and able to work with individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
• Be available for at least one of the designated work schedules.

Available Schedules

Opportunities are currently available during the following hours:

Monday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday | 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday | 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Candidates may be considered for one or more available shifts based on organizational needs and clinician availability.

Retired Clinicians and Supplemental Opportunities

Retired clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. This position provides an opportunity to continue using your professional experience and clinical skills without necessarily returning to a traditional full-time schedule.

We also welcome applications from currently practicing LPCs and LPC Associates who are interested in earning supplemental income , particularly clinicians with Sunday or other weekend availability .

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and will be based on the candidate's licensure, professional experience, qualifications, availability, and responsibilities associated with the position .

Specific compensation will be discussed during the initial virtual interview . Final compensation and employment decisions will be determined following a second, in-person interview with selected candidates.
