Office Manager

Description We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager for our busy golf car dealership. If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you! Job duties will include but is not limited to: Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Coordinate paperwork for golf car/parts sales, registrations, financing, and warranties Answer phones, greet customers, and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records and organize dealership documents Assist with inventory management or ordering parts/supplies Support the sales and service teams with scheduling and administrative tasks Update website with current golf car inventory Record short videos of golf car inventory and new products to send to our social media consultant Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient with computer, experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, or similar software is helpful but willing to train the right candidate Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to work independently while also being a team player Our workplace is smoke free/drug free Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with reliable transportation Honest and dependable, looking for someone who wants to work and can be counted on to be here everyday #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
