Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Location:  St. Augustine, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Outpatient

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an established outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians seeking a balanced schedule and a supportive clinical environment.
This role offers a flexible 40-hour workweek in a 100% outpatient setting, with minimal call responsibilities handled via phone only.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active state medical license
