Medical Economics Analyst

Supporting value-based contracts, the full-time remote Medical Economics Analyst will perform analyses, validate data, and assist in reporting and dashboard development to inform cost, utilization, quality, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Perform standard analyses for value-based contracts, identifying trends and variances in medical cost and quality metrics Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, ensuring data accuracy and completeness through validation and reconciliation Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel, communicating key findings to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, economics, or data analytics Experience with SQL and data analysis in a healthcare setting Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare datasets Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
