The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to play a pivotal role in the organization's rapid growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be a decisive and action-oriented leader, capable of bringing clarity and accountability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by the challenge of simplifying and making decisions in the face of growth, and who can help a close-knit team capitalize on a rare growth opportunity. The COO / Integrator will be responsible for partnering with the Visionary to turn long-term vision into clear priorities, leading the company's operating rhythm, and ensuring the business is scalable and high-performing as it adds advisors and expands its team. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of senior leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading a business through significant growth and developing managers and senior leaders. The role requires a leader who can build and strengthen core processes, manage a P&L, and use financial data to guide business decisions. Experience in a regulated industry, particularly in wealth management or financial services, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, and will be adept at integrating new initiatives while ensuring that growth and operating decisions align with regulatory requirements. A college degree is preferred, and previous experience as a COO or EOS Integrator is a plus.
