Senior Clinical Director

Overview Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non‑profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services—no matter one's ability to pay. Primary Responsibilities Managing clinical, prevention, and grant programming to meet and exceed goals (financial, outcomes, access). Guiding and directing daily operations; manage concerns that arise. Ensuring maintenance of clinical documentation across program areas and address system barriers, enhance efficiencies. Participating in budget preparation and maintain fiscal responsibility. Accessing data, review, and provide feedback to senior leadership regarding functioning of various domains. Engaging in change leadership surrounding current, future, and underperforming programming and culture. Overseeing the evaluation, identification, and implementation of professional education, training and credentialing needs. Position Requirements Master's Degree or higher in Social Work/Mental Health related field. 8 years of clinical experience and 5 years of management experience. Licensed in the State of Ohio with LPCC‑S, LISW‑S, IMFT‑S. LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (within 18 months of hire, employer provided). Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation and carry auto insurance minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
