Estimator

Job Description

Assist in preparing accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals. Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes. Participate in bid walks, subcontractor outreach, and project handoffs. Collaborate closely with senior estimators, project managers, and superintendents. Learn our systems and processes with a clear path to becoming a lead estimator.

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience in construction or a related internship/co-op. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or relevant experience). Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role.
