The Patient Services Coordinator - LVN Office Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring seamless patient care and administrative efficiency within a healthcare setting. This position is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing clinical documentation, and serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. The role requires a blend of clinical nursing expertise and strong organizational skills to facilitate smooth office operations and enhance patient satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in the United States.
• Proven experience in patient scheduling and office coordination within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes.
• Additional certifications in medical office administration or patient care coordination.
• Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.
• Prior experience working in a multi-specialty medical office.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources.
• Perform clinical duties within the scope of an LVN, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear communication and support.
