How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead clinical excellence by designing and evaluating person-centered programs that ensure every resident receives dignified, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. Champion regulatory integrity by directing internal audits and managing resident transitions (admissions and discharges) to guarantee full compliance with state and federal healthcare standards. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
