JOB OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Non-Invasive Cardiology

• Job Type: Permanent

• Location: Brattleboro, VT

• Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic

• Coverage Type: Clinical Only

• Coverage Period: Ongoing

• Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon–Fri; 8a-5p

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adult Cardiology patients

• Patient Volume/Census: TBD

• Phone Consults: As Needed

• Case Mix: Non-invasive cardiology, diagnostic testing, ambulatory monitoring, echocardiography, and preventive cardiovascular care

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Team Composition: 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers

• Specialty collaboration with Internal Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, and other specialties

• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Electrocardiogram (EKG) interpretation

• Ambulatory cardiac monitoring

• Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)

• Nuclear stress testing (preferred)

• Stress echocardiography (preferred)

• Device management (preferred but not required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active VT Medical License or willingness to obtain

• BC/BE in Cardiology (If BE, graduation date must be provided)

• DEA

• CPR

• Most recent NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)

• 1 year of post-training experience
