Pest Control Consultant

Job Summary Sell the company's industry-leading pest management services and products to residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. You will be the face of our national brand in the local community, ensuring protection of homes and families. Responsibilities Visually inspect homes for pests, harborage, and entries; sell appropriate pest control solutions and preventative maintenance. Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians to generate increased opportunities. Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with the current base and develop proposals for customers, including enhancements to household services. Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM to document customer homes and potential challenges. Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities. Provide expert knowledge during new service installations to ensure satisfactory job completion. Record daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM. Essential Job Functions Move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently; lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects. Move around frequently: sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles; maintain balance on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces. Comfortable working with various pests and entering small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, attics. Safely operate a motor vehicle and keep it and equipment clean. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as an OSHA-compliant respirator, and work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license from current state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided). Strong social, customer-service, and communication skills; related sales experience or training is a plus. Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience. Travel up to 100% of time within the assigned territory(s). Pay Range Hourly: $17.00 – $22.00 Benefits Benefits start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues—no waiting period.
