Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Intern at our Midwest facility.

Requirements:

• Support the management and maintenance of the quality systems critical to ISO/QS 9000 and API certifications
• Assist with the formulation and maintenance of quality control standards and objectives
• Collaborating with research and process technology engineers to investigate and propose solutions to internal/external customer quality issues
• Assisting with development and delivery of quality-control training
• Travel to operating facilities is expected
• All plant activities require a Safety-First work attitude.
• Incumbent is expected to attend conferences within the field of expertise
• Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
• Candidate must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
• Candidates must be a current student and have completed their sophomore year by June 2027 and be in good academic standing
• Be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

We are looking for motivated self-starters that can work in a fast paced, data-driven environment. The successful undergraduate will be an analytical problem solver, have an extremely high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement. In addition, a successful intern will have:
