We look forward to hearing from you!**Position Summary:**Leads and motivates team quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed within a manufacturing production line environment. Arranges daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and timely delivery.**Position Responsibilities:*** Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes.* Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.* Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed.* Projects staffing for daily and future production needs.* Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements.* May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.* Mentors line staff and facilitates problem solving.* Maintains and coaches standard work practices across all processes**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:*** Strong leadership capability and experience* Strong manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing understanding)* General computer skills (Email, Excel)**Position Qualifications:****Education:**HS Graduate or Equivalent**Experience:**2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required**Work Environment and Physical Requirements:**Production/Manufacturing environmentLifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer***Disclaimer****: This list does not represent all physical demands.
