This position offers an excellent opportunity for psychiatrists seeking a stable, supportive, and well-managed outpatient environment with room for professional growth and autonomy.
- Competitive base salary with guaranteed compensation
- Manageable patient load of 12-16 patients per day (8-10 if supervising an NP)
- Collaborate with experienced Nurse Practitioners for clinical support
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for part-time options
- Work within an established outpatient model with strong administrative and clinical infrastructure
- Treat full lifespan preferred, though not required
- Long-term, sustainable income based on your effort and patient volume
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and malpractice coverage
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
