This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.Responsibilities:Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.Operate the POS system and accept payments.Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.Other duties as assigned.Above description may be subject to change or alteration at any time.Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentCustomer service - 1 year (preferred)CPR/AED certification (required)Proficient reading and writing skillsBasic computer proficiencyProfessional attitudeUpbeat and positive personalityEfficient and effective communication skillsAbility to multi-task and excel in a busy environmentPhysical RequirementsMust be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.Hourly rate is subject to change by state.
