Production lead - Night shift

This position requires a typical shift time of 1am-6 or 9am. Overview A Dunkin Restaurant Baker is generally responsible for preparing and baking product according to Dunkin Brands operational standard. We are looking for a person that is knowledgeable in baking, creative and truly enjoys baking. MUST BE 18+ TO APPLY FOR JBOD / POSITION SCHEDULE REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TIMES BEGINNING AT 1AM. Responsibilities Include: Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems Follow food safety standards Prepare food and beverages Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment and guest areas Understands ordering, inventory and supply Merchandising product Creative in decorating donuts Understands what are guest are looking for in our product Clean dishes Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Education/Experience: Experience is not required Key Competencies Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Guest focused Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 40lbs (if applicable) Working in a small space Schedule: 6 or 8 hour shift Monday to Sunday Night shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
