As an Inside Sales Rep, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging in **cold calling** to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
* Handling **inbound calls** to provide exceptional customer service and close sales.
* Promoting our product range on **Facebook Marketplace** to reach a broader audience.
* Chatting with customers on **WhatsApp** to nurture relationships and upsell products.
* Generating leads and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in sales, particularly in wholesale and retail environments. You should be comfortable with digital platforms, have excellent communication skills, and possess a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets.
