Production Worker (Assembler) - Salt Lake City, Utah

Looking for a full-time job with consistent schedule and long weekends? Thermon is hiring Production Workers (Assemblers) to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will primarily assemble heated blankets and wraps for our Powerblanket product line used in critical industries around the world. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to learn a new skill, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You Will Do Assemble heated blankets using basic hand tools Install insulation, heating elements, and other components Follow work instructions and assembly diagrams Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to meet daily production goals What We Are Looking For Dependable and ready to work Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety Team player with a positive attitude Schedule & Physical Requirements 4 - day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or trade school background is helpful Who We Are Thermon is a diversified technology company and a global leader in industrial process heating, temperature maintenance, environmental monitoring and temporary power distribution solutions.
