Hospice Volunteer Coordinator

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator to support compassionate end-of-life care across our Connecticut network. In this role, you will recruit, screen, train, and schedule hospice volunteers, ensuring coverage for patients and families in homes and facilities. You will collaborate closely with nurses, social workers, and chaplains to match volunteers to patient needs, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback to volunteers, while promoting our culture of teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence.
