Position Levels: Mid-Level and Senior-Level

Clearace: Active Security Clearance is preferred

CPMC, LLC is seeking skilled Financial Analysts to join our team for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Navy. We are hiring for both Mid-Level and Senior-Level positions to provide comprehensive financial management support across branches, offices, organizations, or departments.

• Provide financial management support within designated branches or departments.
• Offer advice and technical assistance in preparing annual budgets.
• Measure organizational performance and assess impacts of programs and policies on the budget.
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations and objectives.
• Use costbenefit analysis to evaluate financial requests and explore alternative funding strategies.
• Research economic and financial factors affecting organizational spending.
• Develop budget formulation and maintenance guidelines.
• Conduct training on new budget procedures for company or agency personnel.
• Coordinate financial activities across different stakeholders.
• Manage multiple funding types, budgets, costs, and variances.
• Produce executive summaries and conduct financial reporting/analysis.
• Develop and propose courses of action and recommendations for financial issues.
• Interpret and apply financial management principles and strategic goals.
Requirements: Mid-Level Position:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification or equivalent.
• DAU Cost Estimating credential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Competent skills in performing moderately complex tasks independently.
Senior-Level Position:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification or equivalent.
• DAU Cost Estimating credential.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient skills in performing complex tasks independently.
• Capability to provide guidance and oversight to junior and midlevel team members.

• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
