LEE Industries in Conover, NC, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with the HR Manager in supporting plant locations. The role provides HR programs, guidance, and compliance across the organization to enable stable operations and a positive workplace culture.

The HRBP will manage recruitment, job descriptions, HR data integrity, timekeeping, benefits, Open Enrollment, and safety coordination, while coaching leadership and ensuring policy adherence.
