Salesforce Developer

Salary: $77,000 - 98,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience, ideally in public sector or large enterprise service/call center settings.
• We need strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Cases, Knowledge, Console view, and Flow or other process automation tools.
• We require practical experience with both declarative configuration such as flows and validation rules, and custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• We are looking for experience with Copado for version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment lifecycle management.
• We need the ability to create calculated reports, complex matrix and summary reports, and executive dashboards in Salesforce.
• We value strong communication skills for warranty and transition support, as well as the ability to help onboard and upskill our technical team.

• We will have you configure and tailor our Salesforce Service Cloud environment to support user stories from maintenance and enhancement sprints.
• We will have you build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and calculated reports aligned to UI Call Center operational metrics.
• We will have you manage deployments across sandbox and production environments using Copado.
• We will have you participate in warranty support, root-cause analysis, and bug remediation.
• We will have you lead knowledge transfer sessions and pairing opportunities to help our technical team become more self-sufficient.
