Licensed Boiler Operator

Our staffing agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Boiler Operator for one of our clients in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with manufacturing experience and a strong background in facility systems, mechanical equipment, and boiler operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment. The Licensed Boiler Operator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical facility systems, with a primary focus on boiler operations. When boiler-related work is not required, this position will provide general maintenance support for HVAC systems, water processing, wastewater treatment, building systems, production equipment, and other facility infrastructure. Qualifications Arkansas Boiler Operator License required. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, water treatment, and compressed air systems preferred. Working knowledge of electrical systems and electrical components. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification. Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs; SAP experience preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to read and interpret computer-generated reports.
