Unlike traditional product roles aligned to a single offering, this position owns a broad portfolio spanning multiple disease states and testing approaches, with responsibility for long-term growth, clinical positioning, and innovation.The Senior Director will play a critical role in shaping enterprise direction, influencing long-range strategy, and delivering sustained growth across the autoimmune portfolio and adjacent specialty areas. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule, which includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location—either Burlington or Durham—supporting both collaboration and flexibility.Application Window: Application window will close on August 17, 2026.Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually + annual bonus and equity eligibility.The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
