As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Posting ExternalJob Responsibilities:Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting and supporting a Manufacturing Engineer of an assigned Plant with the following duties.Perform Time StudiesDevelop and perform process reviews.Review production problems and help Identify a solution.Develop, implement, and update documentation.Review or modify CAD drawings.Work closely with production employees to gather data.Job Qualifications:Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.Must have own means of reliable communication.Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
