You are a player-coach whose primary goal is elevating the people around you.In-the-Trenches Leadership: You will be highly visible on the floor, working deals side-by-side with your sales team, engaging directly with customers, and actively driving the daily energy of the showroom.Relentless Talent Coaching: Transform potential into high performance. You will conduct daily one-on-ones, live role-play scenarios, and provide real-time, constructive feedback to continuously elevate the skills of our sales staff.Drive the Numbers: Use daily quantitative analysis and 30/60/90-day trend tracking to pinpoint skill gaps, pivot floor strategies, and maximize opportunities.Optimize Operations: Oversee manufacturer reporting portals (including RDR submissions), maximize manufacturer incentives, and streamline the CRM funnel from lead to delivery.Maximize Profitability: Work closely with the F&I department and accurately appraise trade-ins to build a healthy used car inventory and maximize total dealership gross.What We’re Looking ForA True Player-Coach: You love the art of the sale just as much as you love teaching it to others.
