We partner closely with our consumer partners to help clients with their financial needs. The Practice Management and Advisor Development team is responsible for delivering subject matter expertise on all practice management concepts that ultimately help advisors service their clients and continue to grow their business. We support leaders and advisors in the branch and in the centralized advisor centers. This is a highly visible team with extensive interaction with senior management across all functions and Lines of Business to drive meaningful change across the business. The Advisor Development Team supports the development of branch-based advisors through a national new-hire framework. Practice management concepts are the foundation of the new hire framework and is complemented with dedicated coaching, leadership alignment, milestone completion and compensation. The Event Specialist, Senior Associate is responsible for planning and executing development events for branch based and office based advisors. The Event Specialist will support the strategy and execution of in-person training sessions by partnering closely with program stakeholders and members of the Advisor Development team to ensure a positive attendee experience. This role is responsible for the end -to- end event logistics and the scheduling/coordination of key program milestones. Key Responsibilities: Process all incoming registration requests, escalating or resolving inquiries, as needed Create correspondence regarding travel logistics and travel confirmations Coordinate logistics for in person training (hotel and conference booking, flight scheduling,seating, audio and visual planning, finalizing materials, cateringand access/badging) Assist team with tracking and dispositioning of participant attendance for both in person and virtual training Build and manage all content, event run-of-show documents, facilitator guides, and day-of checklists Serve as the on-site point of contact for faculty, participants, and local stakeholders. Able to troubleshoot issues in real time Maintain an event calendar and ensure alignment with program timelines, capacity, and facilitator availability Support post-event closeout: attendance tracking, feedback collection, action items, and continuous improvement Qualifications: 3+ years of event planning and execution experience (virtual and in person) Project management experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to effectively partner with other teams to drive forward projects Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
